Editorial Shoot At The Emmerson | Cedrick & Brianna | Kaufman, Tx

One of the best things is when you get to work with your friends and this styled shoot was exactly that. We knew going into it that we wanted a real couple to model for us and Cedric and Briana, already being good friends of ours, were happy to take on the task. Knocking out the planning and design was the ever fabulous Tara Myers of Artisan Rose Event Co whom we adore. Then there’s Lauren Morgan Florals absolutely killing it with her interpretation of Modern Gothic Chic. (That’s actual moss, y’all.) We also have Laura Lomonaco who painted Bri’s stunning face and really brought the whole vision together. The cake was from Crumb and Kettle and, trust me, it was just as delicious as it is beautiful. The fabulous furniture is all curtesy Coral Lane Rentals - their whole inventory is amazing. To top it off, we couldn’t have had the privilege to shoot in a more unique space. The Emerson’s sweet little chapel and its gorgeous main house make for the perfect event venue. Between their stark whites and blacks to the windows that bring in so much natural light, The Emerson is a photographer’s delight.
